At Feather Care, we transform used pillows into clean, health-friendly sleep solutions through a meticulous, multi-step sterilization process:

Feather Extraction & Transfer
Old pillow feathers are carefully removed and transferred into a sealed treatment chamber.
UV Sterilization & Aromatic Disinfection
Inside the chamber, three UV-C lamps neutralize bacteria, mold spores, and dust mites. Simultaneously, the feathers are misted with a lavender-scented disinfectant, ensuring both hygiene and a natural, calming aroma.
Air Separation & Deep Cleansing
A powerful ventilation system stirs and separates the feathers, allowing the disinfectant and UV light to reach each surface for complete sanitization.

3. Fine Filtration & Tail Removal
Under controlled airflow, feathers pass through a purification tunnel that removes coarse shafts, broken pieces, and other impurities — leaving only the soft, functional fill.

4. Hypoallergenic Repackaging
The cleaned feathers are then inserted into a certified hypoallergenic pillowcase, made of breathable, skin-safe material.

This fabric acts as a barrier against allergens, ensuring comfort for people with asthma, allergies, and sensitive skin.
